It applies to the website, the e-learning platform, the certification system and the academy's official correspondence channels.

• Enrolment data: programmes joined, attendance, assessment results.
• Certificate data: certificate number, issue date and the associated programme.
• Limited technical data: browser type and pages visited, used only to improve the site.

Data is used for declared and limited purposes:

• Managing your enrolment and issuing your certificates.
• Responding to your enquiries and service requests.
• Sending the knowledge brief if you subscribed — you may unsubscribe at any time.
• Producing anonymised statistics to measure training impact and improve programmes.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Limited data may be shared with the sponsoring body of an organisational programme you attend as its employee, with an accreditation body for audit, or where legally required.

Public certificate verification reveals only the holder name, programme, issue date and hours — never your contact details.

You may at any time request to:

• Correct any inaccurate record.
• Delete your data, unless a legal or academic obligation requires retention.
• Withdraw consent to marketing correspondence.

The site uses only cookies necessary for operation, such as remembering your language preference. We do not use advertising trackers.
