This policy explains how the Iraq Energy Academy collects, uses and stores your personal data when you use the website, enrol in a programme, or write to us.
It applies to the website, the e-learning platform, the certification system and the academy's official correspondence channels.

- Enrolment data: programmes joined, attendance, assessment results.
- Certificate data: certificate number, issue date and the associated programme.
- Limited technical data: browser type and pages visited, used only to improve the site.
