By using the Iraq Energy Academy website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its services.

All material published on the site — text, design, marks, course packages and research reports — is owned by or licensed to the academy unless stated otherwise.

Research and open data may be quoted and cited for scientific, non-commercial purposes with clear attribution. Commercial republication or reproduction of course packages requires prior written permission.

When creating an account or enrolling in a programme, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the data you provide, and updating it when it changes.
• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it.
• Following the attendance and withdrawal policy stated on each programme page.

Certificates are awarded after attendance requirements are met and assessment is passed. Forging a certificate or altering its data is a violation subject to legal action, and the central record is revoked.

Site content is provided for knowledge and information. While we take care over accuracy, the academy is not liable for operational or investment decisions taken on the basis of site content without direct technical consultation.

The site is built to work with a keyboard and screen readers, with sufficient colour contrast for text. If you meet a barrier to any content, write to us and we will provide it in an alternative format.
