The memorandum covers a three-year programme in reservoir management, process safety and energy efficiency, with pre- and post-competency assessment.
The Iraq Energy Academy today signed a memorandum of understanding with Basrah Oil Company to qualify four hundred engineers over three years across three core technical tracks.
The memorandum covers the design of bespoke programmes built from the competency gap observed inside the company, delivered in a blended format combining on-site training at the Basra centre with e-learning through the academy platform.
The agreement also provides for pre- and post-competency assessment to measure the effect of training on operational performance, and makes anonymised field data available for joint applied research.
