Results of the Process Safety Management course — cohort seven

The Training department has published the results of cohort seven of Process Safety Management in Oil Facilities, delivered at the Basra centre with a live stream for participants outside the governorate.

Assessment combined a group HAZOP hazard analysis exercise weighted at fifty per cent, a written examination weighted at thirty per cent, and an investigation report on a hypothetical incident weighted at twenty per cent.

Nineteen participants from three operating companies completed the course. Digital certificates are issued within five working days and can be verified by any body on the verification page using the certificate number.

Requests to review a mark are accepted for seven days from the date of publication through the academy's official email.
